WELCOME

Thanks for taking time to learn about the First Presbyterian Church of Brazoria. We are a vibrant, evangelical congregation of the Presbyterian Church of the USA (PCUSA).  We are located one block off Highway 36 street in the charming small town of Brazoria and are proud to share a 160+ year legacy of service to the common good -- driven by a common experience of blessing through Jesus Christ -- and his all-compelling grace.

Take a look at our website and you'll catch a glimpse of the Lord at work among us -- in-house ministries, mission efforts, small-group experiences, and faith formation. As you worship with us, we hope you'll consider becoming active in this Christian fellowship. Our prayer is that you'll come to regard us as your spiritual home.

We gather for Sunday School at 9:30 a.m. with coffee and light breakfast starting at 9:15 a.m. and our Worship Service begins at 10:30 a.m.

So come join us! Check out this congregation and see for yourself. You'll experience a warm welcome, and you'll be challenged to give of your best to the Master. That's the blessing that comes in Christian fellowship.

Please visit our church Facebook page to view our Worship Service if you are unable to join us in person.

We have some exciting activities getting underway. We welcome volunteers to our Community Garden. Everything is growing well!

Our summer mission to feed hungry children in Brazoria, Feed My Lambs, ended on July 29. We delivered 1423 lunches to hungry children in Brazoria with the help of 22 teen and adult volunteers and 5 youth volunteers. Thanks to all who donated and/or volunteered.

On Saturday, October 12, we will be having our October Fest (Fall Festival). Join us for lunch and shop for crafts and baked goods. Vendors are needed. Vendor forms are posted on the side of this page.
